저희 연구실은 다양한 유전자 조작 줄기세포, 면역세포 및 항암 약물을 활용하여 원발성 및 전이성 암세포에 대한 적중형 기술을 개발하고, 인간화 마우스 모델을 이용해 항암 기전을 분자생물학적 방법으로 규명하며 세포 독성 및 생체 내 독성 억제 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 암 연구와 더불어, 담배 유래 성분과 다양한 독성 물질이 인체에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이와 관련된 독성 억제 기전을 탐구하는 연구도 활발히 수행하고 있습니다.

- 암세포 전이 억제 유전자를 발현하는 세포치료제 개발 및 제작

- 종양 mRNA 백신을 이용한 항암 치료 전략 구축 및 평가

- 인간화마우스(humanized mouse) 이용한 효능 평가 진행

- 담배 성분 및 독성 물질의 독성 메커니즘 조사 및 치료법 개발


학생들은 석사 과정에서 평균 2편, 박사/통합 과정에서 평균 4편의 논문을 작성하며, 연구실의 체계적인 지도와 활발한 연구 분위기 속에서 눈에 띄는 성과를 만들어가고 있습니다.
