We analyze multimodal brain MR imaging data by combining novel connectivity analysis and machine learning techniques to build a new framework to explore multiscale brain information. In particular, we aim to combine brain structural and functional information during typical and atypical developmental conditions. Utilizing histological, imaging, and genetic approaches, we provide biological underpinnings for imaging-based findings. Methodologically, we study data mining, multimodal integration, and classification/prediction for big data.
