The Mixed-signal INTegrated Systems (MINTS) Group aims to research and develop energy-efficient and high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems for various applications. We focus on the co-optimization of analog and digital circuits to achieve the best solution breaking tradeoffs between power, performance, and quality of result. Our work spans sensor interfaces, power management ICs, synthesizable analog circuits, high-speed I/Os, and energy-efficient DNN accelerators.
