모집중 Fully Funded PhD Position - Battery Research at the Australian National University (ANU)

The ANU Battery Lab, led by Dr. Borui Liu and based at the Research School of Chemistry, The Australian National University (ANU), is actively recruiting highly motivated PhD students to join our research team. Our research focuses on advanced rechargeable batteries, particularly all-solid-state batteries, as well as other electrochemical energy storage systems, functional materials, and advanced materials characterisation. The successful candidate will work in an interdisciplinary research environment with access to advanced facilities for materials synthesis, electrochemical testing, structural characterisation, and battery research at ANU and collaborating institutions. (1) Requirements - Background in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, or a related field; - Strong academic record (normally GPA≥3.0); - Research experience in batteries, electrochemistry, functional materials, or characterisation is preferred; - English proficiency meeting ANU admission requirements: https://policies.anu.edu.au/ppl/document/ANUP_000408, see Table 8. (2) Scholarship A fully funded PhD scholarship is available for suitable candidates, ~AUD 40,000 per annum, including: - Living stipend; - Full tuition fee coverage; - Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC); - Relocation/removal and thesis allowances, subject to the conditions of the scholarship.
